Ric Emmett Attends Leon Castner's ISA Requalification Course

The International Society of Appraisers (ISA) requires that their members re-qualify for certification every 6 years.   Ric Emmett just attended the Requalification Course offered by ISA in Naperville, Illinois and taught by Leon Castner.   It was great!   The class is a review and update of ISA’s Appraisal Standards covering significant recent changes including those in the ISA Core Course Manual,  the IRS, and the insurance industry.  The class is a requirement for re-qualification and provides current guidelines, checklists, and forms helpful for every member.  The course was given on August 1 and 2 and Naperville is a great little town!
